The submitted photos will be selected by oneppm. The selected images will be published and paid to their creators by means of a 22.5% royalties on the actual sales. Currently: up to $ 19'444 / € 12,812.
Authors will have appropriate means to check the amounts sold to favour a win-win relationship.

… to put a subject out of its catalogue if this subject has not a sufficient success by comparison with others,
… to refuse a subject if the original for this subject does not fit the requirements for editing in accordance with its standard of quality.

To propose your photo subject

For the selected photos…
… we will ask you to provide us with a minimum 4 Mo (~2016 x 3024) digital file that must be impeccable to be accepted for publishing.

In order to submit your picture

By sending your picture(s), you agree with the following binding agreement between you and www.oneppm.com

- oneppm assumes that you are the sole author and owner of the picture(s) and its rights sent herewith. In case of doubt, you will be held responsible for any claim of any origin(s) in relation with any rights which might be invoked about the above-mentioned picture(s).
- Should oneppm be willing to publish your picture(s), you shall agree to concede to oneppm the rights for a number of printings limited to 3, size ~18 x 27 cm, on the said picture(s) in exchange of the royalties that will be paid to you from the effective sales amounts produced by the said picture(s), that is 22.5% of the resulting effective sales amounts, excluding taxes.
- You allow oneppm to put your published pictures(s) in its "Free e-cards" section. In this section, the visitors can send a low definition picture for free in limited edition too.
- Together with oneppm name, your name and Internet address will be cited on these pictures and their downloads to contribute to your reputation.
- You commit yourself to agree with the forthcoming decisions of the Selection Committee of oneppm. Should your picture(s) be turned down by the Selection Committee of oneppm, you will receive a formal statement that all the above-mentioned copyrights are returned to your property.
- Within the frame of this agreement, you give up in advance any further legal claim against oneppm and/or their partners.
